Happy Anniversary

Today Stacey and I celebrate 8 years! It has been amazing. However, for the second year in a row...things didn't go as planned. I am not ready to talk about today's excitement, but you can read about last years Here.

He got me an awesome gift, catapulting me into the hip age with a purple Ipod!!! I am off to buy some new music! Thanks babe!

So much to share

I will need to seperate out my different posts...here is one...

Parker began gymnastics a few weeks ago. HE LOVES IT! He has an awesome cartwheel, and the Olympics really got things going, and I don't think he is ready for soccer yet, maybe teeball in the spring! I love to watch him go through his different stations. He is so proud of himself sometimes. He is the only boy during his time slot, but I don't think he has noticed yet.

Warning: poor photo quality to follow. I just couldn't get it right!
Posts to come: baby dedication, 3 month photos, and I am sure some just because!

More about the kids

My kids are in a 'house' under the kitchen table. I am sitting in the living room trying to book some sessions on the calendar...when I over hear this:

P: My baby has a kidney stone and it hurts

E: OH NO! That means he needs to go to the doctor

P: NO I don't want to go to the hospital

E: Don't worry, it isn't bad

P: I am going to take my baby to the hospital, but you run some errands
E: I will in a minute, after the doctor comes I need to go to the grocery store.

E: Are the kenedy stones all gone?
E Do you have the kenedy stones?

P: NO, I don't

E: Yes you do, I saw them in your heart

E: I need to take your shirt off to see

P: NO you don't...waa waa waa (Emaline I think tried to take his shirt off, so he was crying)

E: Don't or I will spank your bottom!

P: Do it again you will go to jail!

E: We need to run errands!

P: I don't want to go to jail.

Now, you may not know, but Stacey is SUFFERING from a kenedy stone per Emaline. The kidney stone hasn't made it's way out yet, but obviously the kids are understanding. I love it when my kids play house. It amazes me how much they act like me and Stacey, and repeat things they have heard (ouch), although, we haven't ever threatened JAIL! Just so you know.

Bowden is our current concern. After I got the call that Stacey was on his way to the hospital on I took my kids to a friends house near by until my mom could come get them. While I was at the hospital my friend called to let me know that Bowden had blood in his stool. Raining, pouring, right? I knew he had been having some different stool, but the blood was new. The blood was a hit or miss all weekend. About the time I was ready to take him to Cook's, no blood, for a long time. Then blood. It didn't really have a pattern. After dealing with another child who had blood in her diaper, I was calm. We were also nursing Stacey, if you remember. So, I made one those deals with myself...one more diaper, call. So I took B to the doctor yesterday after my deal was met. I am currently on a stool retrieval mission. This is gross! PLUS, the kid is having very loose stools, so I am scraping the diaper, and the rate I am going, it will take me a month to fill those 4 canisters, YES 4! I have a plan next bowel movement, but I won't share unless it is successful! HA! The doctor thinks he may have a milk allergy. If the stools continue as is, we will need to go on some kind of expensive formula for a while until I can get those stool canisters filled and sent off to be analysed. I can save my milk during this time so if the milk allergy is ruled out I can continue to nurse. Incentive to scrape! Please pray for his little body!
My new photos of B are still on the camera. SO I will leave you with ms. e!

Parker said..

tonight recovering from an exhausting day...Parker and I were watching the game show channel. During the commercial break these are the things he said...

MOM, I need to call my doctor and tell her about my runny nose.

after one of those medicine commericals when they tell you to ask your doctor about symptoms or something like that...

MOM, that guy said to call RIGHT NOW!

after one of those infomercials that end with 'call right now' kind of things.

I love him. LOVE HIM!

What not to do with Bowden's Passy

Do NOT stick the green passy from the hospital to your face with the suction, you will receive multiple circles on your face that may stay on there for days. Photo taken by: Parker Pearson

First day of Preschool

Boy...crazy day. This morning, was planned, I mean planned. So I set it up disaster!

Bowden woke up early... throwing off all feeding times throughout the day... I overslept a little...Stacey woke up sick, I mean sick..and he was suppose to help me get the kids ready and take them to donuts then to preschool...so I could get to my class and get everything ready...He didn't get sick until I overslept...so I couldn't really compensate for the lost time. YIKES.

Stacey pulled it together and did take the kids to school for me...but we were all a little OFF. Can you tell Emaline is a little off? First off...I did a mommy no no. I had not washed her dirty new outfit for the first day of school, so I pulled out another cute outfit my dad and Sid got her. Problem...she hadn't tried it on. TOO BIG! She couldn't keep her pants on. SO, I ran frantically into her closet to find something that would work for the first day. Then it was the shoe issue. Closed toe. Boy, her sandals would have been a better choice.I know her hair looks a little off, but it really wasn't. With the humidity she was all curls. Now, I didn't know Parker had striped socks on until about 30 minutes ago. oops.
Parker's cheetah teachers.
Emaline's bee teachers. (sorry kelly about your eyes!) Stacey took the kids to class and took the photos. He probably didn't feel like checking the photo to make sure the teacher's eyes were open and his daughter didn't look like she could take on a gorilla.

WE had a good day, all of us except Stacey. Poor guy.

Looking for a new location

we went out Saturday night to look for a new location for P3, and the kids were great. HOWEVER, this photographer forgot to change a setting and boy do we have noise. I hate that I did it too! I would have checked it if it would have been a client, but it never crossed my mind because the shoot was all about the location! Stupid. So these are some...others on the photoblog.

and mr. b. This was his 2 month picture in his chair. I love this guy.

Please continue to pray for Jackson Merriman. He is 9 months old and has an infection in the brain. He started having seizures last night. He is the nephew of our dear friends Ryan and Angie Merriman. Things are not looking good for him. Please Lord...heal this baby!

Denton Fair and Rodeo

Last month we spend a beautiful evening at the rodeo with Nana. We took along Stacey's camera to capture some of the memories. You may ask who this lady is...well, I don't know. She was sitting above Stacey and Emaline, and Emaline started picking the mud off of her boots, and the next thing we knew, Emaline was in her lap. We WILL be having a talk about stranger danger! She was very nice though.Aunt Paula, my mom's sister.Nachos!

Thanks Nana for a wonderful time!
