This Easter

is different. It just is. You know, I long for people close to me, people I love, to get it. You know, GET IT! Get the LORD! WHO JESUS is! WHY HE CAME! How much better life would be with him in YOUR LIFE! TRULY walking with HIM! I love what I read on someone's facebook tonight: Jesus rose from the dead, you can surely get out of bed! I LOVE IT! Church isn't going to fix someone. You aren't just going to walk through those doors, hear some pretty music, and a great message and walk away in a relationship with JESUS! That isn't how it happens! I surely wish I would have learned that at an earlier age. Going to church isn't the whole package. NOW, don't send me hate emails and comments that I am against the church. I AM NOT! What I truly desire for people, is for them to understand HOW HE LOVES US! THe church can help teach us that. OH, HOW HE LOVES US! You do have to give in a relationship. He will love you anyway, YES YOU! YOU hurting soul! HE LOVES YOU! He also wants you to LOVE him back. SO DO IT!

My friend did that. She LOVED JESUS! Absolutely WHOLE hearted LOVED her SAVIOR! I want to be like her, because she was so much like someone else:::::: JESUS!

Easter is important. It is a great reminder of the power and purpose. Stacey's brother DIED Easter morning 7 years ago. DIED on EASTER! Coma on Friday, DIED on Sunday!

“I am the resurrection and the life. He who believes in Me, though he may die, he shall live. And whoever lives and believes in Me shall never die.” – John 11:25-26

Jenny died. Gregg died. I have had grandparents die... isn't this so comforting...HE WHO BELIEVES IN ME, THOUGH he MAY DIE, HE SHALL LIVE!!!

HE SHALL LIVE!!! OH how HE LOVES US! Thank you LORD for that EMPTY tomb! FOR US! SO THAT WE SHALL LIVE!

WE SHALL LIVE!!!

It is wonderful, isn't it. We sang Mighty to Save today, and I thought of Jenny and how happy I am that Jesus conqured the grave, and at the same time how while we live and see with our human eyes, death has such a sting.

I don't blog hop near enough anymore...but I just randomly clicked on yours tonight. And, I was reading your words and saying "YES!" out loud!! Amen, sister. Easter means so much more than ever to me this year, and the promise of LIFE, instead of death, is so much sweeter. I cried all through church on Easter because of the sweet gift the cross is to us. He loved us that much, and because of it, we can cling to His promise of life!

Makes me think of what Rick Atchley said at Jenny's funeral. Jesus didn't come to give us life after death. He came to give us life INSTEAD of death.

THANK YOU for posting it. :) You said it so well, friend.

Hi Paige, I found your blog through a friend of a friend's blog. I'm pretty sure we went to middle school together. Either way, love your beautiful photos. I'm also sorry about the loss of your sweet friend, I bet she was a total gain for Heaven. Hope all is well with you and yours, Katy (Carter) Ibarra

Paige, Saturday I had David and Malaya all over my heart....tears at times. Goose bumps on my arms, pain in my heart, craziness in my mind. I prayed for them and you several times that evening. Easter morning while the girls were enjoying their baskets, Casidy Jo out of the blue said, "I think this morning is hard for David and Malaya." I lost it. I had not shared my heart with them. Brian shot me a look, "How can she think these things?" Then at church the first song was "Mighty to Save" I lost it. My prayer had been for you to worship God and Praise Him that J was there, you will be someday, and ask Him for comfort since she got there first. I love you Paige and want you to know that you are not forgotten. Nor is Jenny, David, or Malaya. Love you, Angela
