you like me!
Now JB, as you can see from the photo below, my kids sometimes are clothes~less! This photo was taken as we were getting ready for the garage sale (she is wearing some house shoes I have had since I was in middle school! I used to wear them in my classroom when I was a teacher). My kids get hot during nap time and wake up MANY times n*ked! This day, I knew she would get nasty and we were going to a high school football game later that night, and I didn't want to get more dirty. I HATE laundry right now. Our neighbors must talk!
Here is Emaline and Bowden before the high school football game. Much better clothed!
Isn't he just a cutie pie! He slept the entire football game in my arms. We had 2 blankets on top of him while I was holding him. MANY people thought I was nursing him on the second row of a high school football game! REALLY! So when it was appropriate, I would try to move him around and show his face without waking him. I joked that next time we visit that stadium there will be signs all around asking for nursing mothers to return to their car to do such things!
Just another post for the garage sale. These WERE NOT sold...but were a huge hit with my kids. They have been hidden in a trunk in the attic. I actually put on the good ol' Raggedy Ann outfit and a car driving by actually stopped at the sight of me in the garage. I just waved, they kept driving! By the way, these were part of my sing song costumes back in the day! I will celebrate 10 years!! I feel old.
Tiffany, I wish you would have found me. I would have loved to have met you. We left kind of quick after the wedding. With the unfortunate delay, we hit a feeding time! Don't feel wierd about approaching people you don't know but 'know' from blog land! I have done it! I think I embarrassed my husband terribly! We were in Cotton Patch and I stared at this girl for ever. I knew her story, so I told my husband...excuse me. I walked up to this 'stranger' and said ..." Excuse me, you don't know me..but I read your blog and know you just moved to this area!" She recognized me too, at atleast my kids. Now we teach next door to each other!
Thank you all for your comments. I will do my best to be a better blogger!!! EVEN with my 3 kids!

So much to share
Parker began gymnastics a few weeks ago. HE LOVES IT! He has an awesome cartwheel, and the Olympics really got things going, and I don't think he is ready for soccer yet, maybe teeball in the spring! I love to watch him go through his different stations. He is so proud of himself sometimes. He is the only boy during his time slot, but I don't think he has noticed yet.
Warning: poor photo quality to follow. I just couldn't get it right!

First day of Preschool
Bowden woke up early... throwing off all feeding times throughout the day... I overslept a little...Stacey woke up sick, I mean sick..and he was suppose to help me get the kids ready and take them to donuts then to preschool...so I could get to my class and get everything ready...He didn't get sick until I overslept...so I couldn't really compensate for the lost time. YIKES.
Stacey pulled it together and did take the kids to school for me...but we were all a little OFF.
Can you tell Emaline is a little off? First off...I did a mommy no no. I had not washed her dirty new outfit for the first day of school, so I pulled out another cute outfit my dad and Sid got her. Problem...she hadn't tried it on. TOO BIG! She couldn't keep her pants on. SO, I ran frantically into her closet to find something that would work for the first day. Then it was the shoe issue. Closed toe. Boy, her sandals would have been a better choice.I know her hair looks a little off, but it really wasn't. With the humidity she was all curls. Now, I didn't know Parker had striped socks on until about 30 minutes ago. oops.
Parker's cheetah teachers.
Emaline's bee teachers. (sorry kelly about your eyes!) Stacey took the kids to class and took the photos. He probably didn't feel like checking the photo to make sure the teacher's eyes were open and his daughter didn't look like she could take on a gorilla.WE had a good day, all of us except Stacey. Poor guy.

Denton Fair and Rodeo

You may ask who this lady is...well, I don't know. She was sitting above Stacey and Emaline, and Emaline started picking the mud off of her boots, and the next thing we knew, Emaline was in her lap. We WILL be having a talk about stranger danger! She was very nice though.
Aunt Paula, my mom's sister.
Nachos!
Thanks Nana for a wonderful time!

My skirt got hiked up while we were on stage....oops. Not very flattering. I love Parker's expression during the prayer....you stinker!
