And so it was

the morning of May 25th that my 3 year old stated at 9:14am that we was going to bed and that he needed a TV in his room. I am so puzzled.

Did he go to bed? I would recommend against the TV. We learned that lesson the hard way. However, he rarely watches it anymore. Sweet picture below.
