First Day of Kindergarten
These are all out of order, so just enjoy the ride. Ms. Kim brought ME a gift for the first day of school. I could not open it until after I dropped him off. Good thing! I needed some of those supplies. This photo was taken the night before school. He also wanted to eat in the cafeteria all week. That kind of hurt my feelings. I wanted to make his lunch! Oh, well. Maybe next week!
GOOD MORNING KINDERGARTNER!
Here is when things got a little hairy! He asked me: are you leaving me now? It just broke my heart. I think it finally hit him that it was time. He was so ready for kinder, but just realized I was not going too! The guy in front of him actually was in his nursery at Southlake when I taught there in 2004! Doesn't that wave just break your heart!!!
We, parents, were NOT allowed to go to class with the kids. We all met in the library and from there the teachers took the kids to class. YUCK! I noticed that many other parents were sneaking down, so I took the opportunity. I LITERALLY, saw where he was sitting and just fired the camera. He saw me, and waved and I took off. I didn't want to make the teacher upset with me on the first day!
He had a great day! I took video of him walking to the car and telling me about his day! It was so fun to hear all about it. He woke up extra early today and was ready to go.

My p man
It is a big week here at the Pearson house. LOOK! Parker learned how to tie his shoes, well, sort of!
Parker is a huge napper! HUGE! Many times he sleeps in his sleeping bag, this is what I found today. I found the hands first, then the sweet freckled face!
We had a small Kindergarten blessing tonight for him after our Bara Church Planting meeting. It was so special. My baby is....growing...up!

LONG DAY!
Left house at 8:45 am
This morning I dropped my big kids off at a friends home to play. They had a great time!
I took B to meet my mom since he has run a fever there was NO way I was going to put someone else through that. Sorry mom.
Went to meeting, thought it would be an hour, lasted 2.5.
Grabbed B from mom, ran to get kids.
Grabbed kids from friend, ran to pediatrician.
B was checked out. Negative flu, negative strep. You know how hard it is to hold down a 23 lb 13 month old for a flu and strep test.
Parker got a shot. I had 2 crying boys in my lap.
Discussed poor office skills with office manager at pediatrician about last weeks shot mishap.
Flew through Sonic.
Ran to radiologist for chest xray for B. Filled out paperwork and waited forever for our turn. Ever hold down a 23 lb 13 month old while having an xray done? NOT FUN.
Daddy met us there, took boys to soccer practice.
Phone rang, NO pneumonia. Praise God.
Took girl to Khol's to look for cheap flip flops since we had not been home yet. Emaline announced to everyone in check out that she needed to go poop.
Met up with MIL and SIL and CC (cousin cassidie) at Sweet and Sassy.
Girls got toes and nails, and lots and lots of glitter, hence the flip flops.
Went to Snuffers with MIL, SIL, and CC. MY boys met us there. Emaline was informed that she needed to apologize to me for being NEGATIVE. It came out like this: Mommy, I am sorry for being NAKED. I don't think she got it and me smiling at her , I'm sure didn't help!
Went to Walgreens. Lady walked by and told Emaline: Little GIRL MOVE! I did NOT hear it, as I was on a cell phone discussing medicine for B with Stacey. I did hear the lady say something but the look on Emaline's face and the tears that were shed, there is NO doubt that lady said it. If I was in a better frame of mind, that lady would have been hunted down and clawed to death. Seriously. This lady doesn't know who she was messing with on this day!
Bought more Tynenol and Motrin.
Called mom to ask about dosage on a medicine the PA told me to get. Also talked to pharmacist about it. Didn't buy it. Will call doc in morning to confirm.
Went to Tom Thumb to get a few groceries.
NOW, it feels like midnight and it is only 9:33. Going to bed. A long day tomorrow. I need to remind myself that I had surgery 4 weeks ago. OOPS! I did take in the stroller to the pediatrician. Didn't help. B wouldn't ride in it. E did. Ever try to hold a 13 month old and push a 3 year old!
A new sweet baby being born tomorrow. I can't wait to meet her! I will miss her mamma at WOF this weekend though. Of course, lots of things happening in our lives to distract us from WOF. Always happens. Not gonna get me down!

My Hero
Last night, my husband came to my rescue! I walked into the bedroom to call it a night when I noticed I was NOT in the room alone. There, on the wall, was a 4 legged creature with a long tail! It was a small GECKO! IN MY ROOM! I yelled. He came. He captured. He released OUTSIDE!
Thank you babe.
This was the second time he rescued me this week! The other a weird BLACK bug crawled across my foot as I worked on my computer!! I again screamed. He came. He killed. I woke him up for that one. Sorry babe.
Yucky BUGS!

Some new ones of the kids
My big kids were doing this all by themselves! I will cherish it, and print it for the wall in the gameroom to remind them of how they should act!
Parker had falled off the chair! My cutie pie!
My pouty girl! She was so playing! I love her.
This guy did not stay still at all. I got this one, and one where I strapped him into the swing!

My guy!
You are an amazing guy! AMAZING! I love your laugh. I love your dance moves. I love your freckles, and how those angels keep sneaking in and giving you another. I love how you let me hunt for new ones! I love your sensitivity (most of the time). I love how you are a servant. I love how you can remember your memory verse so easily. I love your passion for the Lord. I love your ranches that you create with your fences and horses. I love that you want to be a cowboy when you grow up! Or that you want to work at Western Warehouse! I can't wait to hear your stories from Kindergarten. I cant wait to hear about your new friends. I will miss you. I will miss your hand to hold, and your kisses. I will be excited to pick you up and get a hug, do your homework, get you a snack, and see you plan with sister and Bowden. They will miss you so much. Next summer will be so much fun, I promise Parker. Just know that this summer is so that every one after will be so much better. I love you!

Visits from the siblings
Uncle Wyatt came by today! We loved his visit, can you tell?
E pounced on Wyatt.
The above photo is so funny! You see we were all chatting in the living room when Parker walked in from the game room and informs us that he wants to play hide and seek with uncle Wyatt. We all kind of 'whatever', then P says, I am playing hide and seek with Uncle Wyatt's wallet. Well, that got our attention, but I still think W thought he was playing. A few minutes later, Parker said, YOU ARE SO COLD WHERE YOU ARE. This got UW's attention, so Wyatt got up and went looking for his wallet. Parker hid it UNDER the couch in the gameroom!!! Wyatt was a great sport!
Above is one of my favorites!!! I think I will give it to him for Christmas, or earlier....who knows.
Last weekend La came to visit, and of course she brought Isaiah! We love him! Check his hair out! Parker wants hair like his, so we may be growing out his do! WE MAY!!!
Note: Emaline has on shorts.
Bop and Sid brought the kids these glasses. They are straws!!! Kind of a mess to clean up, but the kids loved them!
And a special shout out to Nana, who has been here all week keeping our house going and loving on B every time he needed to be picked up. B and I are becoming great snugglers.
Recovery, going well.
